Class Title:

Beyond the Chemical: Understanding the Layers - Connections between Mental Health and Spirituality, Environment, Foods, Energetic Body, Family/Childhood/Ancestral Stored Trauma, Emotions, Physical Health/Movement, The Subconscious Mind, Body Memory, Habits & Lifestyle, High Sensitivity, Innate Healing Abilities, Media Consumption, Programming, Systemic Barriers, Life Purpose, Familial Cycles, Financial Issues, Attachment to Suffering (and more) and Addressing These Areas for Mental Balance

Class Details:

  • Understanding the various possible contributions to mental health - spiritual, environmental, diet, energetic, physical, emotional, high sensitivity, familial and trauma-related, deeply rooted subconscious beliefs, toxic family cycles, systemic, ancestral connections/disconnections (and more) as well as how to support clients/community members in achieving balance amongst these areas

  • This session will go into depth about all of the various aspects of what can constitute “mental health” beyond conventional medicine approach, showing the direct connections and what else is going on beyond diagnosis and labels

  • Correlations between certain foods/drinks and mental health will be identified (foods that contribute negatively to mental health, and foods/supplements that contribute positively), media consumption and mental health, the effects that an environment (i.e. workplace, family gatherings, systemic barriers, finances, collective programming, etc) and other people’s energy and emotions can have on how someone feels mentally, emotionally, energetically - and how to help clients make shifts into healthier behaviors, practices and boundaries to control how they feel

  • Exploring the link between the subconscious mind, body memory and mental health - gaining insight into how this works and tools to help someone release what is buried and shift what is happening in their subconscious mind; understanding correlation with subconscious thought patterns, beliefs, memories and mental health and habits - unearthing and integrating.

  • Overview of the energetic, spirituality/spiritual crisis and ancestral links to mental health that expands the understanding of the conventional approach to psychology; links between intuitive/psychic/ healing abilities and mental health; working with someone through spiritual crisis and awakening for mental health healing (explored more deeply in Session 4)

  • Exploring how unhealthy family systems and cycles, harmful practices, patterns can affect mental health and how one can end cycles and create new normals (explored in more depth later in training)

  • Links between how trauma from childhood or in ones lineage (and other forms) can play a direct role on ones mental health, how it is stored in the body/mind and shifting it (later explored in more depth)

  • How ones lifestyle and behaviors, habits and practices has a direct impact on their mental and emotional wellbeing; physical body movement and body communication system

  • Additionally participants will learn how to assess and describe the various layers and contributors to/origins of/purpose behind mental health imbalances, depression, anxiety from “Whole Person” perspective and how to help clients in these areas when supporting mental health work
